Luminetx had created the VeinViewer, a revolutionary device designed to help medical professionals locate major veins. Unfortunately, not many people could locate the VeinViewer. Vanick Group revamped their website – now doctors and patients find this unique device indispensable.
For almost three years the Veinviewer was standing by to help medical staffs and their needle-wary patients, but all were having trouble finding a facility that had a VeinViewer. Luminetx’s website had not been designed for a user-driven search and locate function. That’s when the website developers at Vanick Group decided the whole site would benefit from new a new locator function as well as a content management system. The new locator helps patients find doctors in their area who offer the VeinViewer system. For the CMS, open-source software – DotNetNuke , was customized, so now the site can be revised and updated quickly and securely by Luminetx staff. This robust, custom solution allows staff to present new information and introduce new services and features almost immediately. Every week more patients and hospitals are discovering the ease and accuracy of the innovative VeinViewer.
